Bidonville Vintage Store was born in Bari in 1995 in via Melo 224, from an idea by Nicola Mincuzzi and Tommaso De Giosa initially as a Cultural Association with the aim of spreading the culture of recycling, recovery and reuse of ideas, facts and things that consumer civilization has decided to set aside.
Twenty-eight years of activity characterized by a true passion for the search for unique, quality vintage garments created to last over time.
The restaurant is located inside a prestigious historic building from the late 19th century located in Bari in via Melo 224
From 2 October 2017 a second branch will be inaugurated at number 226, thus reaching a total exhibition area of over 200 m2.
Inside the historic venue, you will find a wide selection of 90s sportswear, from the entire NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB world with the Champions, Adidas, Nike and Reebok brands reigning supreme. But not only that, you can immerse yourself in a wide selection of Levis 501, Carhartt, Dickies, low-waisted jeans, mom fit, flared, palazzo, cargo and much more for both men and women. Colorful puffer jackets, football shirts, iconic t-shirts and various sweatshirts: from those with hood, zip, crew neck to acetate, sleeveless ones, all rigorously selected.
In the second location you will find a further display of leather jackets, classic coats, brands such as Barbour, Burberry’s, Avirex, Schott just to name a few. Men’s/women’s sweaters, tailored suits, 60s-70s women’s dresses, vests, skirts etc. Ralph Lauren shirts, Lacoste and the highly sought after crazy shirts. An exhibition of over 500 vintage sunglasses, new and never used, the result of continuous research into opticians’ inventories. Bags, hats, belts, scarves, ties and much more.
